Your mission
We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our HR team and play a vital role in keeping our payroll running smoothly.
- Payroll Partner: You'll co-supervise and support the timely and professional processing of preparatory payroll accounting, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Data Master: Maintaining and entering master data into Personio (our HRIS system) will be your domain, keeping employee information accurate and up-to-date.
- Time Captain: Assigned employee groups will have their work time accounts under your watchful eye, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- eAU Ace: Administering eAU certificates will be another feather in your cap.
- Work Certificate Wizard: Using the Hauffe Tool, you'll craft professional work certificates for employees when needed.
- HR Hero: As the go-to person for our external payroll provider consultant and employee support, you'll be the bridge between smooth operations and happy employees.
- HR All-rounder: Expect additional administrative tasks within the HR function, keeping things organized and efficient.
Your profile
- You possess several years of professional experience in payroll accounting – a bonus, but not a must!

- Team Player with Hustle: You're a hands-on team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Flexible working hours are offered, with the understanding that meeting monthly deadlines is key. Remote work is possible, but one office day per week in Munich is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident handling of MS Office is a must.
